Ghana Gas officials participated in the 2019 Global Petroleum Show (GPS) in Calgary, Canada. The officials used the opportunity to sell Ghana Gas to the world at the conference which was attended by over 50,000 international and domestic oil and gas executives from over 21,000 companies.

Mr. Ernest Owusu-Bempah Bonsu, Head of Corporate Communications Department at Ghana Gas said that GPS gave room for industry players to converge in one space, share ideas, meet new prospects and do business together. He stressed that the oil and gas industry needs such platforms as GPS to network and also develop strategies for the oil and gas.

The comprehensive three-day strategic and technical conference provided a platform for government officials, national and international energy companies across the supply chain to conduct business,

 engage in complex and controversial discussions aimed to shape the future of the energy industry. 

The petroleum show which commenced on June 11 is expected to end, June 13, 2019.

Also present at the conference were Ing. Robert Lartey, General Manager at Ghana Gas, Madam Christine Churcher, Board Chairperson at Ghana Gas, Madam Gertrude Jones, Senior officer at Ghana Gas among others.
